ProVision Athletics
Overview
ProVision Athletics is an indoor baseball and softball facility in Cloverdale where young players build their skills in a focused, welcoming setting. Winter programs run seven weeks and cover complete skills, hitting, pitching, catching, defence, games and strength and conditioning, with groups organized by age from 9U to 15U. Most programs are open to all skill levels, and high performance groups are available for more experienced players. Players can also book one-on-one lessons with a team of baseball and softball coaches, including Team Canada softball player CC Wong. Programs include individualized development plans and progress reports.
