Black Belt Academy

Overview

Black Belt Academy in Surrey teaches Korean Karate, also known as Taekwondo, to men, women, girls and boys. Kids can start karate classes as young as 4 years old. Children build discipline and focus while gaining self-defense skills, including Bully Prevention and Stranger Danger. A reward system improves children's self-esteem, and a low student to instructor ratio creates a healthy learning atmosphere that lets family members train together. No martial arts experience is needed, with classes for beginners who have never taken a martial arts class and for advanced martial artists. All minors must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
