The Ballet Room
Overview
The Ballet Room is a small dance studio in Cloverdale where children learn ballet in a warm, encouraging setting. Classes start with Twinkle Babies Ballet for little ones around age two and a half and continue through jazz, hip hop, musical theatre and Royal Academy of Dance ballet for older children. Small class sizes and classical training led by an experienced teacher help dancers build posture, coordination, social skills and confidence. Younger students perform a short routine at the year end recital in a special costume, and RAD students can work toward exams. A four week August session helps dancers prepare for the new season.
