Seikido Dojo has taught martial arts in South Surrey since 1980. Children train in age-based classes: Lil Ninjas for ages 3 and 4, Junior Seikido for ages 5 to 12, and Teen Seikido for ages 13 to 17. Students learn striking, blocking, throws, grappling and practical self-defense while building balance, coordination, agility and strength. The dojo emphasizes discipline, respect and confidence in a formal, family-run setting where every student is known and cared for. Progress is about self-improvement rather than competition. Summer camps are also offered for Lil Ninjas, and new students are welcomed as space becomes available.
