Rustom Wrestling Club in Surrey has been welcoming young wrestlers since 2012. Kids age 5 and up, including beginners, train Monday through Friday, with sessions from 4:00PM to 5:00PM or 5:00PM to 6:00PM, and there is a Saturday class from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. The club develops well-rounded athletes, building physical fitness, mental toughness, and versatile grappling skills that translate across wrestling styles and other sports. Training is led by a coach with over 40 years of experience, and the program combines expert instruction, the Wrestling Canada LTAD pathway, and a supportive environment. Parents also have a free gym facility created for them. Optional morning training runs weekdays from 5:00AM to 7:00AM.
