Gracie Barra Guildford in Surrey offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense in a welcoming, family-focused setting. The GBK program introduces children to jiu-jitsu through fun, safe, age-appropriate classes that build confidence, discipline and respect, with a focus on self-defence, takedowns and ground techniques. An after-school program picks children up from select schools, brings them to the academy for jiu-jitsu classes and mat games that build focus and listening skills, then drives them home. Families can also find women's classes, Muay Thai and private lessons, and no experience is needed to book a free trial class.
