Eternal BJJ in Surrey offers a kids and youth program that teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a structured, age-appropriate environment. Classes are split by age group, so your child is always training with peers at a similar level and stage of development. Kids aged 4 to 7 enjoy a fun, game-based introduction, with interactive drills and playful activities that teach essential movements, positions, and basic techniques while building confidence, coordination, and respect. Youth aged 8 to 12 move into more structured learning, with technical instruction balanced by games to keep training fun and exciting. Classes run Monday to Thursday, alternating Gi and No-Gi, and students develop focus, discipline, teamwork, and a strong foundation.
