Crescent Beach Swimming Club
Overview
Crescent Beach Swimming Club is a summer club established in 1918 that runs for eight weeks in July and August. Children can take part in swimming, diving, artistic swimming, water polo, lifesaving, tennis, pickleball, sailing, paddle boarding, triathlon and volleyball. The club sits at the foot of McBride Avenue beside Blackie Spit in Surrey. Its mission is a community where children have fun and learn skills and sportsmanship through outdoor summer activities in a safe and inclusive beach environment. Members also enjoy family swim times, weekly events such as footraces and tournaments, and themed Fun Days at the last lesson.
