Challenger Martial Arts
Overview
Challenger Martial Arts in Surrey teaches Songham Taekwondo with two goals in mind: physical lessons and life skills. On the physical side, children build balance, strength, speed, power, and control. Along the way they practice taekwondo forms, sparring, weapons, and board breaking, and each new belt brings new lessons and new obstacles to overcome. It also teaches life skills such as integrity, honesty, respect, discipline, self-control, and more. Families who want to see the program first can start with a trial offer that includes five classes and a T-shirt.
