Overview
Box2Fit is a family-driven boxing community with a gym in Cloverdale, Surrey. Children and teens can join youth boxing classes that build confidence, discipline, coordination and strength in a safe, structured and supportive environment. Experienced coaches lead each session, focusing on boxing fundamentals, movement and age-appropriate conditioning, while encouraging focus, respect and healthy habits that carry beyond the gym. The Cloverdale schedule lists Kids Boxing for ages 6 to 11 every weekday, plus a Youth Fitness and Confidence class in the evening. The club has no contracts, and its coaches welcome men, women and children of all levels.
