Overview
Give your child practical tools for calm, focus and confidence before school begins. SKY Kids is the Art of Living Foundation’s four-afternoon summer program for ages 8–12. Through breathing and calming practices, games, teamwork and creative activities, children learn age-appropriate stress-management skills they can use at school, at home and in everyday life. Monday–Thursday, August 31–September 3, 2026 1:00–4:00 PM daily 5550 Fraser St, Vancouver, BC V5W 2Z4 Led by Nayna Trehan, a certified SKY Kids instructor Includes a take-home toolkit and free ongoing follow-up.
