Penny Chess Club is a chess community founded by Woman International Master Penny Pham, welcoming players of all levels with a special focus on kids aged 4 to 12. Group lessons follow a clear path from Keen Pawn for beginners learning the board and rules, through Brave Knight, Wise Bishop and Confident Rook, up to advanced and master levels. Children practise calculation, tactics, openings and endgames while learning to think independently and respect their opponents. Sunday practice sessions include puzzles, game analysis, one-on-one mentorship and friendly internal tournaments. The club also hosts rated tournaments and has a location in Surrey.
