Overview

KB-One is a Muay Thai gym on Pemberton Avenue in North Vancouver, training students of all ages since 1997. Its dedicated kids classes give children strength, confidence, and discipline in a safe, fun, and engaging environment, welcoming all skill levels and helping kids build a lifelong love for the sport. The gym is led by owner and head instructor Mehdi Pouroskoui, a three-time World Professional Muay Thai Champion with over 35 years in martial arts and extensive training in Thailand. New students can register for three trial classes to start. The facility includes a professional boxing ring, full-matted floors, and extensive bags and pads.
