Overview
Bisla Martial Arts in Surrey offers striking programs for children and teens, with coaches who are active professional fighters. Kids Taekwondo and Kickboxing is open to ages 4 to 12, where students learn proper technique, respect and focus while building coordination, self control and strength. A traditional belt system and testing give children clear goals and growing confidence. Teens ages 12 and up can train in boxing or kickboxing, working on stance, footwork, padwork and defense. The gym has two levels with two separate mat spaces, and new families can join a free trial class to meet the coaches.
