Arts Umbrella
Overview
Arts Umbrella is a multi-disciplinary arts centre in Metro Vancouver with a Surrey Centre location, offering programs in art and design, dance, theatre, music and film for young people ages 2 to 22. Children can begin with a first visual arts, dance or theatre class and grow into intensive programs. Art and design learning is task-based, building skills step by step over time. Dance follows a ballet-based program that balances physical development with emotional and intellectual growth. Theatre and music help young artists build confidence through voice and teamwork. A bursary fund and accessibility supports help more families take part.
